We're not a hotel. We're not a magazine or drink shop. We're not a sushi restaurant. We understand you have hundreds of options where you can rent bikes in Berlin, the vast majority of them just renting bikes as a side business. We're a specialty bike shop that focuses on quality to help you enjoy your stay. Here are a few more points:

• We specialize in comfortable city bikes, perfect for seeing Berlin's sights by bike. All our cruisers and city bikes have 3 gears - all you need in this super-flat city - and are internal Shimano Nexus-gear hubs so they always work properly. Our bikes have very comfortable seats, luggage racks, lights, chain guards, fenders, and of course fat tires (for a soft ride and so that you don't fall into tram tracks).
• We have a centrally-located shop that makes picking up your bike fast and easy!
• We provide free maps, locks, and helmets, should you want them!
• We accept credit cards.
• ​Reimbursed metro ticket should you have an issue with the bike while renting your bike from us.
  
• We're open 7 days a week, including holidays.  Please see our Shop Hours below for our seasonal opening hours.
• We provide an array of additional services to make your stay in Berlin more enjoyable.

Our shop couldn't be easier to find as we are directly beneath the largest structure in the country: the TV Tower in Alexanderplatz. If you are facing the entrance of the Tower, we are around the right-hand corner, behind the bistro restaurant.  Here's a diagram:

City Bikes & Cruiser Bikes

With comfortable saddles, wide tires for a smooth ride, and 3-speed Shimano Nexus gears to tackle Berlin's flat terrain, these are ideal bikes for relaxingly enjoying Berlin. Available in both men's and women's configurations.

3rd Day & subsequent days:    € 10

Trekking Bikes

These wheels are great for longer trips, for example to Grunewald, Wannsee or Mügelsee, thanks to the 7-speed Shimano Nexus gear shift and its ergonomic grip. It is available as men's and women's bike.

Kids' Bikes, Trailers, & Seats

We understand biking in Berlin is a fun family activity! We have a variety of 24" kids' bikes, single wheel tag-alongs, and kids' seats available.

Kids' Bikes:    Same price as our city bikes
Kids' Trailers:    € 8 per day
Kids' Seats:    € 5 per day
Please note:    Kids' bikes, trailers & seats only for rent in conjunction with adult bikes.

To reserve kids' bikes, trailers, and seats, simply start by reserving Cruiser or City adult bikes and leaving in the comments section what you need for the little ones, subject to availability.

Additional Services.

We offer the following additional services:

	Internet cafe with super-fast wireless broadband connection. It's FREE, so you can relaxingly surf as opposed to look at your watch. As a wireless hotspot for those of you with laptops, come by and surf away.
	Free luggage storage and clean restroom. Feel free to leave your bags here while you are on the tour or rent a bike.
	Souvenirs, stamps and t-shirts. We have a variety of interesting souvenirs, including authentic pieces of the Berlin Wall, all at the guaranteed lowest prices in Berlin.
	Cold, bubble-free water. As an American -owned and -operated company, we know how hard that can be to find. We also have sodas, Nestea, Powerade, and of course: beer!
